Marz Pacheco
Marz is a fine art photographer with a passion for seeing life in a unique way. Using the skills he received during his voyage for his art degree, he wields a camera in one hand and Thor’s hammer in the other... er... ok, maybe not the hammer. But he is known for his creative imagination and the ability to translate that to his artwork. Most of his work is based on natural life with a Marzian twist to it, with many collections giving a glimpse of his mind and how he views the world. He is always looking for, and finding, inspiration for art in everyday life, nature, and personal interactions. His uncanny ability to see the world from different angles allows him to share his (sometimes crazy, sometimes fragmented, sometimes poignant) personal point of view.
Marz was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico (yes - New Mexico) and discovered at an early age that he posessed an aptitude for art. Marz graduated from UNLV with an Art degree in 2002 and went forth to conquer the world in Graphic Design. During that journey, he re-discovered a love for photography and decided to "take the plunge" into a professional photography career. His is influenced greatly by classic artists such as Van Gogh, Manet, Edvard Munch and many other painters. He also finds inspiration in his other passions: cult horror movies and Halloween. Although fine art photography is his main focus, he enjoys working with people and families to create personal artistic creations through unique family portraits.
